The function presided by Dr.C.Palani I.A.S.,District Collector, Villupuram. Chief Guest Address given by Dr.K.Ponmudy, Hon'ble Minister for Higher education, Govt of Tamil Nadu and special address given by Mr.K.S.Masthan, Minister of Minorities Welfare, Govt of Tamil Nadu .Dr.R.Senthil Dean, UCEV also present in the function.
